Descendents and related families of John & Rosemary
Overview
Jack (John) & Rosemary were "born & raised" in Fayette Co. Pa, but on opposite ends of the County. Both sets of parents became involved in Scouting, Marion Husher & Wava Mort in Girl Scouts and John Mort & Ken Husher in Boy Scouts. In the early 1950's, they, the parents, became acquainted and quickly became close friends, sharing many other common interests other than scouting.
The children, Rosemary & Jack, ages 13 & 17, saw no common interest. Four years later, ages 17 & 21, still a 4 year gap, but now not as far apart. New interests developed and a year later they married. That marriage has survived over 50 years and new interests continues to develop.
After 5 years of living in South Western Pennsylvania, Jack & Rosemary discovered the NY Hudson Valley and soon after, made that their home. Their four sons met and married NY girls and began increasing the family with these four great daughters. They further enriched the family with grand children and great grand children.
This is their story, and it continues to grow.
